Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tri-Calcium Phosphate.

Cooking directions:
3 easy steps:
1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. Shake off excess water.
2. Roll fish in LA fish fry seafood breading mix until coated.
3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until internal temperature is 145 degrees F and until golden brown.
