Water, Onions, Yellow Lentils, Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Coriander,
Garlic, Salt, Cornstarch, Spices, Ginger, Chili Peppers, Cumin,
Turmeric, Cinnamon.
Directions
Heating
Instructions: Microwave: Tear pouch 2″ to vent and heat on high for 1
minute (ovens may vary). Stove top. Boil sealed pouch in water for 5
minutes. Serve as is, with Tasty Bite® Rice or flatbread!
Warnings
Use
caution when opening to avoid spillage. Grab pouch from sides as
contents will be hot. Refrigerate unused portion. Do not use
conventional or toaster oven. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or
swollen. This product has been processed in a facility that also
processes nuts, wheat, dairy and soy.
