cooked, just add breast milk or water! Tips for Starting Solid Foods:
Infant cereal is an important part of your child’s diet for both infants
and toddlers. Have your baby in an upright position to make swallowing
easier. For Easy Mixing: 1. Pour desired amount into cap and transfer to
a bowl. Start with a tablespoon and increase up to 1/2 a cup (measures
are approximate, not exact) as baby’s appetite grows. 2. Stir in breast
milk, formula, or water and serve. To Microwave: 1. Measure out 1/4 cup
(measures are approximate, not exact) in cap and mix with 1/2 cup
unheated liquid in a microwavable bowl. Measuring cap is microwave safe
(recommend 15-30 seconds). 2. Warm at medium (50% power) for 15-30
seconds. Stir to even out temperature and test before feeding. For best
results, clean and dry cap after use.
